Gallon Jug beef comes from our fine herd of cross bred cattle.  We have over 20 years of experience raising Hereford and Brahman  and now featuring Black Angus crosses.  Our practices have allowed us to achieve a level of tenderness and flavor on par with any that is currently imported into Belize.

Steers are fed corn and brewers grain but allowed to graze on fresh green grass with plenty of space to roam.  No steroids or hormones are used in our beef.  Cattle are worked gently and humanely to ensure healthy happy animals and therefore delicious beef.

Our beef is currently available at select locations including the Riverside Tavern at #2 Mapp St., Belize City, Belize.  Stop by for a mouth watering burger that might just be the best you’ve ever had.  Open Monday through Saturday for lunch and dinner service.
