Gallon Jug coffee is 100% shade grown organic arabica cotura.  Our plantation was carefully planned in order to preserve the forest canopy which provides shade for the coffee and nesting sights for birds.  Trees with nitrogen fixing properties were kept in order to fertilize the coffee plants.

Our entire plantation is cared for by our full time staff and provides permanent employment for more than 20 people and seasonal employment for 50-100 people.  All cherries are picked by hand, washed by hand and sun dried in small batches to ensure quality.

Gallon Jug coffee is available in 10 and 16 ounce sizes in many local retail outlets, gift shops and ports of entry.
