Fyah Haat

Fiyah Haat is Kriol for Fire Hearth and hints at the way this fiery sauce is made. Red habaneros are hand selected and then slowly roasted on an authentic Mayan fire hearth. Once these hot beauties are roasted to perfection, they are puréed and slow cooked with carrots, and other farm ingredients. This sauce brings just the right hint of smokiness and heat to any meal.
